Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy:

 

If a booking is cancelled after confirmation, the deposit will be forfeited.

In addition the following fees will be levied: Four weeks prior to arrival – 75% of full amount. Two weeks prior to arrival – 100% of full amount.

 

Payment

 

A 50% deposit at the time of booking is required to confirm a reservation

 

Provisional reservations will only be held for 72 hours without a deposit

 

The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival

 

Children 12 years & under

Surcharge for extra mattress for children

As shown on Rates page.

 

Check-In/Out

 

Check in: 2pm – 6pm

Check out: by 10am

 

Please notify us in advance of your expected arrival time

 

Activities

Guided activities are not included in the room rate

 

Mountain bikes are available for hire subject to availability

 

24 hours’ notice is required for Lunch & Dinner bookings. Booked meals canceled within 24 hours of serving will be charged at full price.

 

Extras

All extras, meals, and activities can be settled at Reception on departure unless booked and paid in advance.
